Kyndro is a service that helps you find, tailor, and submit job applications. We run an autopilot that scans job boards, scores roles against your résumé, drafts tailored materials with the help of large language models, and submits applications either via your installed browser extension or a server-side worker. We also provide Resume Studio, ATS scoring, and Interview Rescue briefs.

Kyndro is operated by Kyndro.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Kyndro.
• You must provide a real, working email address. You're responsible for keeping access to it secure.
• One person, one account. Sharing logins isn't permitted.
• You're responsible for what your account does — including applications submitted on your behalf.

• Your résumé is truthful. Kyndro tailors and reorders existing experience — it never fabricates. If you upload false credentials, the consequences with the employer are yours, not ours.
• You're authorized to applyto the roles in scope (legally allowed to work in the relevant jurisdiction unless you've marked "needs sponsorship").
• You'll respect platform terms.When the agent uses your LinkedIn/Greenhouse/Lever sessions, it acts as you. You're bound by those platforms' terms; Kyndro can't override them. We pace submissions deliberately to stay within reasonable use, but if a platform suspends your account for automation we don't indemnify you.
• No abuse.Don't use Kyndro to spam, scrape, harass employers, or run multiple personas. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the service.

• Run the autopilot at the cap you set, with the deal-breakers you set, on the schedule you authorize.
• Never fabricate experience, fake credentials, or invent companies on your résumé.
• Surface anything the agent couldn't finish (a captcha, an unusual question, a custom form) for you to handle in 30 seconds — instead of submitting blanks.
• Keep your data confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Email you a daily recap of what was applied and what came back.

Kyndro offers three tiers:

• Free: Resume Studio, Resume Doctor, 1 Interview Rescue / month, up to 10 tracked roles. No card required.
• Pro · $39 / month: 5 surgical applications per week, tailored materials per role, 5 Interview Rescue briefs / month, ATS keyword scoring, email status sync.
• Max · $99 / month: everything in Pro plus unlimited Interview Rescue, recruiter-reply copilot, follow-up engine, and a monthly 1:1 narrative review.

Paid tiers are billed in USD via Pesapal. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel from Settings. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds.

Failed payments: we'll retry once over 7 days. If still unpaid, the agent pauses and your account drops to Free until you update the card.

• We don't guarantee jobs, interviews, or callbacks.Hiring depends on you, the role, the employer, and timing. Kyndro improves your odds; it doesn't replace your judgement.
• We don't guarantee uptime.We aim for 99% but make no SLA. Job boards, payment processors, and LLM providers we depend on can have outages we can't prevent.
• We don't guarantee LLM output quality. Tailored bullets and Interview Rescue briefs are AI-generated; review them before relying on them.
• No liability for indirect damages.If something goes wrong, our maximum liability to you is capped at the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

You can close your account anytime from Settings → Danger zone. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose abuse risk. We'll email you when we do, except where prompt action is needed (e.g. fraud, security).

We update these terms when the product or pricing materially changes. Updates apply 14 days after we email you. Continuing to use Kyndro after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kigali, unless local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
